I enjoy creating planners, checklists, and to-do lists; hence, I'm dedicating this page to show every printable daily planner I find online (or created). Daily planners are meant to help you organize your life, so they should be simple and suitable for your individual tastes. Personally, I do not like the standard diaries that you find off the shelf. They do not inspire action and can be "clunky."
1. Printable daily planner for the minimalist
Ideally, you shouldn't have a long list of things to do on a given day, and this is where this planner comes in (click "download" for the PDF). I created it only with 5 slots to help you organize your most important tasks.
2. Time blocking "to-do list" for the procrastinator
Time blocking works for me on the days when I'm at my most disorganized and procrastinating. It works even for the menial tasks that block you from tackling important projects. Deciding to spend no more than 15-30 minutes getting ready for the day (showering, bathing, grooming, etc.) does help a procrastinator to be more appreciative of time.
3. Daily planner (accompanied by a chore list)
The daily planner is accompanying a chore chart that I designed for use at home, however, it is suitable even for work-related organizing. You'll find it
here.
4. Editable daily planner printable template
Daily Planner Printable + Fillable Page | Hourly Daily Planner Printable
An editable daily planner template is useful if you are not a paper person. You can use it on your computer, tablet, or smartphone, as long as you have a PDF reader. This design is specifically designed to serve as an hourly planner, a to-do list template, and spaces for some notes.
I hope you find these printable daily planner ideas useful. The post is a work in progress, so the list will grow as inspiration hits. Please feel free to pin or share.
